Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Habini for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

User Accounts

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and store in Habini. By using our app, you grant us a license to store, process, and sync your content across your devices to provide our services to you. When you use AI features (AI Coach and Voice Commands), you explicitly consent to sharing your habit data (names, entries, notes, statistics) with third-party AI service providers (DeepSeek API and OpenAI Whisper API) as necessary to provide these features. This data sharing is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Habini offers subscription plans with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and will auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the app store where you made your purchase. Please refer to the app store's refund policy for information about refunds.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Disclaimer

Habini is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
