Listomatic Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Listomatic mobile application. By using Listomatic, you agree to these terms.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Listomatic for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• •Copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• •Use the app for unlawful purposes
• •Interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality

User Content

You retain ownership of the lists, items, and notes you create. If you enable cloud sync or list sharing, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync your content in order to provide these features.

Sharing & Collaboration

You are responsible for who you invite to shared lists. Collaborators you authorize may be able to view and modify shared list content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Listomatic if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer

Listomatic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Listomatic.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
