By using ComboSub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old to use ComboSub.
ComboSub is an independent platform that acts as a meeting point for people who want to share subscription costs by forming groups ("combos"). Hosts offer available spots on their subscription plans, and seekers can request to join. ComboSub is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to any subscription service provider listed in the app. We are not a reseller, agent, authorized partner, or representative of any subscription platform. ComboSub facilitates connections between users but is NOT a party to any subscription sharing arrangement. ComboSub does NOT process payments — all financial transactions occur between users via external payment services chosen by the users themselves.
You may create only one account per person and one account per device. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Usernames must be 3-20 characters, lowercase, and unique. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Identity verification is required to host combos. You will be asked to provide a government-issued ID which is reviewed by administrators. Your ID number is hashed using SHA-256 — raw numbers are never stored. Verification indicates that identity documents have been reviewed; it does not guarantee user trustworthiness. We reserve the right to reject or revoke verification at our discretion.
The following activities are prohibited:
ComboSub provides reporting tools for all user-generated content. You can report combos for spam, fraud, harassment, or other violations by tapping the flag icon on any combo listing. In chat conversations, you can report individual messages by long-pressing the message you want to report. When reporting, you can select a reason such as spam, harassment, fraud, or other categories. You also have the option to block users, which will prevent them from contacting you or appearing in your results. We review all reports and may take action including content removal, warnings, or account suspension or termination. Abuse of the reporting system (e.g., filing false reports) is itself a violation of these Terms.
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate combo details, reviewing join requests fairly, and verifying payments honestly. Members are responsible for paying on time and uploading legitimate payment proofs. To protect against fraud, ComboSub follows an access-first, pay-later policy: members should only make payment after confirming they have been granted access to the shared subscription. If a member fails to pay after receiving access, the host may simply remove them from the shared account. We strongly recommend that hosts use extra member slots, invite links, or sub-profiles provided by the subscription platform rather than sharing main account credentials. ComboSub is NOT responsible for failed subscriptions, service provider policy changes, disputes between users, or loss of access to shared subscriptions. We do not guarantee that any combo will remain active or that any user will fulfill their obligations.
ComboSub does NOT process, facilitate, or guarantee any financial transactions. All payments between users occur through third-party payment services selected by the users themselves (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, PIX, Nequi). ComboSub merely provides a platform for users to share payment proof screenshots. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or disputed payments; fraud conducted through external payment services; chargebacks, refunds, or payment reversals; or accuracy of payment information displayed in the app. Users transact with each other at their own risk.
Trust scores are algorithmically calculated based on factors including transaction history, verification status, and account age. They are not manually assigned and not a guarantee of user behavior. Trust scores can change over time based on user activity.
ComboSub is designed exclusively to support subscription platforms that officially allow account sharing through features such as Extra Members, Family Plans, Group Plans, or similar multi-user access options. We do not list, promote, or support services whose terms of service explicitly prohibit all forms of account sharing. Our platform serves as a meeting point for users who wish to take advantage of legitimate, platform-sanctioned sharing features. If a subscription service changes its policies to prohibit sharing, the affected platform will be promptly removed from ComboSub. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the current terms of service of any subscription platform they use through ComboSub. ComboSub does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate any violation of third-party terms of service. By using ComboSub, you acknowledge that subscription platform policies may change at any time and that ComboSub bears no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from your use of shared subscriptions.
ComboSub is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Netflix, Inc., The Walt Disney Company (Disney+), Warner Bros. Discovery (Max/HBO), Spotify AB, Apple Inc. (Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple One), Amazon.com, Inc. (Amazon Prime Video), Alphabet Inc./Google LLC (YouTube Premium, YouTube TV), Paramount Global (Paramount+), Comcast Corporation (Peacock), or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or related companies. All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, service marks, and registered trademarks displayed within ComboSub are the exclusive property of their respective owners. The use of these names, logos, and trademarks within ComboSub is strictly for identification and informational purposes under the principles of nominative fair use, and does not imply any endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation of any kind. ComboSub uses these marks solely to help users identify the subscription services for which they may seek or offer shared access through the platform's legitimate features. No claim of ownership is made over any third-party intellectual property. If any trademark owner has concerns regarding ComboSub's use of their marks, we will promptly address the matter upon notification at habiniapp@gmail.com.
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, photos, suggestions). By using ComboSub, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. This license ends when content is deleted. Users who submit custom platform suggestions grant ComboSub permission to display the submitted platform information within the app. All ComboSub original content, including the ComboSub name, logo, app design, and user interface, is the property of ComboSub and its developers.
ComboSub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the service, including trust scores, verification badges, or payment proofs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComboSub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of money, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the service or any transactions between users.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the service. You may delete your account at any time, which enters a 30-day archival period before permanent deletion. Banned users may not create new accounts.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
